WEB & CORE TECHNOLOGIES INC. is one of the few Air shaft and Chuck manufacturers that have their own IN PLANT RUBBER SHOP. This gives us full control of quality and delivery of all rubber parts.

WEBANCOR bladder material is made from a prime natural rubber specially compounded for us for Air Shaft Bladders. Its characteristics are increased wear and cut resistance over the standard SBR normally used by most other manufacturers. Properly operated with the correct amount of air pressure these bladders will last a very long time. It should be noted however, that OIL IN THE AIR LINES will destroy all types of bladders natural or synthetic. This is not covered by any warranty.

WEBANCOR can produce all sizes of bladders and sleeves for our own shafts and chucks as well as for any other manufacturers shafts. We have hundreds of mandrels and molds for various sizes and shapes, and of course our machine shop can produce mandrels and molds for any special order that comes in. METRIC sizes are a commonly manufactured product for our customers with European shafts.

We routinely ship bladders around the world for replacement of all makes of shafts. WEBANCOR is located within blocks of the International Airport in Toronto that has all worldwide couriers available for immediate shipments to anywhere.

WHEN ORDERING BLADDERS:

For any WEBANCOR shaft or chuck, all that is required is the serial number, and the proper parts can be shipped (probably from stock).

For other makes of shafts a first time order would require the Make of the Shaft. O.D. and wall thickness and length. If when ordering, the shaft serial number is supplied it would be added to our Database for future reference, making the next orders easier to supply.
